Medical Weight Loss Program
Clears Clinic offers a supervised medical weight loss program that uses a combination of GLP1-agonists with Super MIC B12 injections, along with other medications based on your individual medical history and weight loss goals. Our program does not use stimulants, such as phentermine.
Program membership includes a thorough medical examination with a fasting lab blood draw. Insurance may be used for processing your labs through PathGroup.
Any medication prescribed will be prescribed for a 1-month supply. All medications are subject to approval from your insurance company depending on your specific policy and weight loss coverage. Prior authorization may be required by your insurance company. We will work dilligently with your insurance company should they require a prior authorization for coverage.

Plan Details
Monthly visits are encouraged to get the best benefits in the program. Tele visits are available, (1 every 3 months).
Labs will be processed in the clinic through PathGroup and/or Coast Diagnostic. Insurance or Cash Pay options can be used.
The program is monthly and requires recurring payments.
Cancellation of the program requires a 30-day written notice. Please send to Info@ClearsClinic.com.
